This page documents how end users consent to receive SMS from Flowpoint Marketing, LLC / ALTITUDE. This campaign applies only to Flowpoint Marketing's own business line and the runaltitude.com website contact form. It does not cover SMS messages sent by ALTITUDE customers to their own end users.
1. Campaign identity

2. Opt-in path — missed call follow-up
End users may call Flowpoint Marketing / ALTITUDE at (636) 241-0973. If the call is not answered, the caller hears this exact voice disclosure before hang-up:
“Thanks for calling. We'll text you back shortly.”
After that disclosure, Flowpoint Marketing / ALTITUDE may send one initial automated SMS related only to that inbound call or inquiry. Further SMS in that thread occur only if the end user replies or Flowpoint staff manually respond.
This is not consent for unrelated promotional messaging.
3. Opt-in path — website contact form
End users may visit https://www.runaltitude.com/contact and submit the contact form. SMS consent is optional, unchecked by default, and not required to purchase or use ALTITUDE services.
The optional SMS consent checkbox on the contact form displays this exact label (transactional mode, as implemented in production):
I agree to receive SMS messages from ALTITUDE by Flowpoint Marketing about my request, scheduling, onboarding, support, account activity, or billing at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.

6. Opt-out and help
Recipients can reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out. Recipients can reply HELP or INFO for help. For support, email support@runaltitude.com or call (636) 241-0973.
7. Customer campaign separation
This evidence page applies only to Flowpoint Marketing, LLC / ALTITUDE direct SMS messaging. SMS programs sent by ALTITUDE customers to their own end users are separate campaigns and must be governed by each customer's own terms, privacy policy, consent records, and messaging registration.
