Is this a real CRM or just a list?
Real CRM. Custom fields, status pipelines, ownership, audit log, search, segmentation, exports — all standard. We just don't pad it with B2B-only features you'll never use.
Can I import from another system?
CSV import is built in. Direct import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan ships in Q3 — for now we'll do them by hand at onboarding for new customers.
What about deduplication?
Same email or phone collapses into one record automatically. Manual merge is one click. You won't see Sarah three times because she emailed and texted and DM'd.
How does it tie into Pipeline?
