Is this a real CRM or just a list?
Real CRM. Custom fields, status pipelines, ownership, audit log, search, segmentation, exports — all standard. We keep it focused on home-service relationships, not enterprise CRM bloat.
Can I import from another system?
CSV import is built in. Direct import from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Jobber, Housecall Pro, and ServiceTitan ships in Q3 — for now we'll do them by hand at onboarding for new customers.
What about deduplication?
Same email or phone collapses into one record automatically. Manual merge is one click. You won't see Sarah three times because she emailed and texted and DM'd.
How does it tie into Pipeline?
