Does the customer know I'm replying from ALTITUDE?
No. Email comes from your own Gmail or Outlook address. SMS comes from your Twilio number. Messenger and IG replies post as your business.
What about phone calls?
Twilio voice integration logs calls and missed-call follow-ups against the contact. Voice-note transcription is included for replays and notes.
Can I see history before I had ALTITUDE?
Gmail and Outlook backfill recent threads on connect so you have context for active conversations from day one.
Is there a per-channel limit?
No artificial limits inside ALTITUDE. Twilio and Meta have their own platform rate limits which we respect transparently.
