Data Deletion Instructions

ALTITUDE, operated by Flowpoint Marketing, LLC ("Flowpoint," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including any data we received from third-party platforms you connected to ALTITUDE (such as Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads, Google, and similar services).
1. What you can request
You may request that we delete:
- your ALTITUDE account and workspace data;
- messages, contacts, conversations, and CRM records you imported or generated through ALTITUDE;
- data we received from third-party integrations you connected (for example, Facebook Page messages, Instagram Direct Messages, Meta Ads reporting data, Gmail messages, Google Business Profile reviews, and similar); and
- any other personal information we hold about you, subject to the limited exceptions described below.
2. How to request deletion
Choose the option that applies to your situation.
Option A — You have an ALTITUDE account
- Sign in to ALTITUDE at https://app.runaltitude.com.
- Go to Admin → My Business → Company Info.
- To remove a single connected integration without deleting your account, open Admin → Channels → Lead Sources, expand the relevant integration (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Meta Ads, etc.), and click Disconnect. Disconnecting stops further data sync immediately and triggers deletion of the data we synced from that integration on a rolling schedule.
- To delete your entire account and all associated data, email privacy@runaltitude.com from the email address on file with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity, confirm receipt within 5 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to the exceptions in Section 4.
Option B — You connected your Facebook or Instagram account to ALTITUDE through someone else's ALTITUDE workspace
If a business connected its Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to ALTITUDE and your messages or profile information were synced as a result, you can request deletion two ways:
- Revoke ALTITUDE's access from Facebook directly. Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find ALTITUDE Integrations, and click Remove. Facebook will notify us and we will delete the data we received from your account on a rolling schedule.
- Email us directly. Send a deletion request to privacy@runaltitude.com with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include the Facebook Page name, Instagram handle, or email address that was connected, so we can locate and delete the right records. We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Option C — You never had an ALTITUDE account but believe we hold data about you
Email privacy@runaltitude.com with the subject line "Personal Data Deletion Request" and describe the information you believe we hold (for example, a phone number that received an SMS, an email address, or the name of a business that may have you listed as a contact). We will verify your identity through reasonable means and respond within 30 days as required by applicable law.
3. What happens after you request deletion
- We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
- We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and the scope of your request.
- We delete the requested data from active production systems within 30 days.
- Backups and disaster-recovery copies are deleted on our standard rolling backup schedule (typically within 90 days).
- If your request involves data we received from a third-party integration (such as Meta or Google), we also stop syncing new data from that integration as part of the deletion.
4. Limited exceptions
We may retain certain personal information after a deletion request where retention is required or permitted by applicable law, including to:
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, or regulatory obligations;
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, abuse, or other illegal activity;
- complete transactions you requested before the deletion request was received; and
- maintain limited records of the deletion request itself, as required to demonstrate compliance.
Where an exception applies, we will retain only the minimum data necessary and for only as long as the exception requires.
5. Confirmation
When deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address from which you submitted the request. If we cannot delete certain data because an exception above applies, we will tell you which categories of data were retained and why.
