What if I don't have an OpenAI account?
Setup Concierge walks you through creating one in under five minutes. You only need a payment method on OpenAI; many teams stay on free or pay-as-you-go tiers for months.
Can I disable an agent?
Yes. Each agent toggles independently in Workspace Settings. Disabling does not affect any other ALTITUDE feature.
Does Teach Mode see customer content?
Teach Mode reads workflow patterns (clicks, stage moves, message types). It doesn't transmit customer message bodies for training and never persists data outside your workspace.
